• Some maneuvering may be required when parking two vehicles
• Door clearance may be limited depending on vehicle size and position
• Please be considerate of neighbors while parking

This is a self check-in property without on-site staff. After guest registration is completed, the arrival guide and lockbox code are sent before check-in.

• Luggage drop-off and complimentary parking before 3:00 PM
• All areas are available except locked storage

The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please review these points so guests and neighbors can enjoy a comfortable environment.

• No parties, late-night noise or loud drinking
• No rooftop BBQs, fireworks or nighttime gatherings
• No smoking indoors, including e-cigarettes, and no pets
• Guest registration is required; international guests must provide passport information
• No towel or linen replacement and no cleaning service during consecutive stays
• Separate rubbish and use the black bin by the parking area; excessive soiling may incur an extra cleaning fee
• An exterior camera monitors entry and guest count; there are no cameras indoors
• Lost keys incur ¥15,000; unregistered overnight guests incur ¥10,000 per person
