BOOKING POLICIES
Clear terms for a confident booking.
These terms cover direct reservations made through our official website, including booking, payment, cancellation and privacy. Reservations made through another booking channel remain subject to that channel's displayed terms.
01Booking & rates
- The secure booking page shows the total for your selected dates, guest count and length of stay before confirmation.
- Children aged 2+ are charged at the adult rate. Infants under 2 stay free.
- A booking becomes confirmed after the required details and payment steps are completed and a confirmation is issued.
Payment
- Direct-booking payments are presented through Beds24 and processed securely by Stripe.
- This website does not store full card numbers or security codes.
- Review the amount, timing and available payment methods shown before confirming the booking.
Cancellation & refunds
- Cancellation terms vary by dates and rate plan. The terms shown before confirmation and in your confirmation document form part of your booking.
- Where a refund is due, it is processed to the original payment method. The time to appear depends on the card issuer or financial institution.
- No-shows, unregistered overnight guests or serious house-rule violations may be non-refundable or incur additional charges.
Privacy & guest register
- We use necessary information for reservations, identity checks, the legally required guest register, payment, stay communications, safety and support.
- Japanese lodging law requires guest registration. International guests without a Japanese address are also asked to provide passport information.
- Information is shared with Beds24, Stripe and service providers only as needed to deliver the booking and stay, or when required by law. It is not sold for unrelated purposes.
