From reservation to arrival
01Where can I book?＋
Use Book direct on this website to check live rates and availability and reserve with us. You may also continue to book through Airbnb and other connected booking channels.
02What are the check-in and check-out times?＋
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Self check-in lets you arrive without arranging an in-person handover.
03How does check-in work?＋
The house uses a key lockbox for self check-in. After guest details are confirmed, we send the entry instructions and code before arrival.
04Can we leave luggage before check-in?＋
Luggage drop and free parking are available before 3:00 PM. After booking, please use the contact details in your confirmation email to arrange the details.
05Where can I see the cancellation policy?＋
Cancellation terms may vary by dates and booking conditions. Review the terms shown on the secure official booking page before confirming.
House & amenities
Capacity, bedrooms and equipment
01How many guests can stay?＋
The whole house accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, making it suitable for families and groups of friends.
02What beds are available?＋
The house has two double beds, four single beds, two folding mattresses and one baby cot.
03Can we cook in the kitchen?＋
Yes. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, cookware, tableware, dishwasher and coffee machine.
04Is there a washer and dryer?＋
A 12 kg washer-dryer is provided. There is no towel or linen replacement and no cleaning service during consecutive stays.
05Do you provide items for children?＋
A baby cot, stroller, children's tableware and high chair are available. See the amenities page for the full list.
06Is Wi-Fi available?＋
Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available, with a reference speed of 523 Mbps and a dedicated workspace.
Access & parking
Stations, the coast and driving
01Which station is closest?＋
Koshigoe Station on the Enoden line is about four minutes away on foot. Mejiroyamashita Station on the Shonan Monorail is about seven minutes away.
02Can we walk to the beach and Enoshima?＋
Yes. Koshigoe Beach is about five minutes away and Enoshima about nine minutes away on foot. Enoden is convenient for central Kamakura.
03Is parking available?＋
Two free on-site parking spaces are available and can accommodate large minivans.
04Is there anything to know about parking?＋
The neighborhood roads and door-opening space are narrow, so reversing into the parking area is recommended. Larger vehicles may require several adjustments.

For a comfortable neighborhood stay
01Are smoking and pets allowed?＋
No. Smoking indoors, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited, and pets are not allowed.
02Are parties allowed?＋
No. The house is in a residential neighborhood, so parties, loud drinking and late-night noise are prohibited.
03Can we have a BBQ on the rooftop terrace?＋
No BBQs, fireworks or nighttime gatherings are allowed on the rooftop. Please enjoy it as a quiet place for the view.
04Do we need to submit guest information?＋
Yes. Japanese lodging law requires a guest register. International guests without a Japanese address must also provide passport information.
05How can we contact you during the stay?＋
Use the contact details in your confirmation email or guest message. Staff are not permanently on site, but we will provide the guidance you need.
